Trở lại tháng 6 vừa qua, có thông báo cho rằng Microsoft sẽ không còn kết hợp khả năng lưu sang dang PDF từ bên trong hệ thống Microsoft Office 2007. Giờ đây, một bộ các chương trình thêm vào (add-ins) của Microsoft cho phép bạn xuất và lưu sang các định dạng PDF và XPS trong 8 chương trình của Microsoft Office 2007. Nó cũng cho phép bạn gởi các file đính kèm email ở các định dạng PDF và XPS trong nhóm phụ các chương trình này.

Back in June, it was announced that Microsoft would no longer be including the ability to save to PDF from within the 2007 Microsoft Office System. Now a set of Microsoft add-ins llows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send as email attachment in the PDF and XPS formats in a subset of these programs.
