Mozilla Firefox - nhanh hơn, bảo mật tốt hơn, dễ sử dụng hơn và mới hơn, phiên bản này đề ra tiêu chuẩn mới cho sự cải tiến trình duyệt web. * Đổi mới giao diện: Theme & giao diện người dùng của Firefox 3 đã được nâng cấp để cải thiện tính tiện dụng mà không ảnh hưởng đến thói quen duyệt web của bạn.
* Chống phishing: Phishing Protection sẽ cảnh báo cho người sử dụng khi phát hiện những trang web đáng ngờ, và đưa ra đề nghị quay lại trang chủ của người sử dụng. Mặc định luôn bật Phishing Protection, và làm việc bằng cách kiểm tra trong danh sách có trên máy hay trên mạng để biết được các site lừa đảo. Danh sách này sẽ tự động được tải xuống và cập nhật thường xuyên khi bật tính năng Phishing Protection.
* Tăng cường khả năng tìm kiếm: Những từ gợi ý sẽ xuất hiện khi người dùng nhập vào hộp tìm kiếm được tích hợp sẵn với các engine tìm kiếm Google, Yahoo! Hay Answers.com. Có thêm phần quản lý các engine tìm kiếm cho phép dễ dàng bổ sung, loại bỏ hay sắp xếp lại danh sách các engine tìm kiếm & bạn sẽ được thông báo khi Firefox tìm ra website nào đó giới thiệu engine tìm kiếm mới mà có thể bạn sẽ muốn cài.
* Tăng cường tính năng duyệt ở chế độ thẻ: mặc định, firefox sẽ mở link ở thẻ mới thay vì mở cửa sổ mới, và mỗi thẻ có sẵn một nút đóng. Nếu mở nhiều thẻ hơn số lượng phù hợp với một cửa sổ đơn, bạn sẽ nhìn thấy các mũi tên ở bên trái và bên phải của hàng thẻ dùng để kéo qua lại danh sách các thẻ.

What's New in Firefox 2:
* Visual Refresh: Firefox 2's theme and user interface have been updated to improve usability without altering the familiarity of the browsing experience.
* Built-in phishing protection: Phishing Protection warns users when they encounter suspected Web forgeries, and offers to return the user to their home page. Phishing Protection is turned on by default, and works by checking sites against either a local or online list of known phishing sites. This list is automatically downloaded and regularly updated when the Phishing Protection feature is enabled.
* Enhanced search capabilities: Search term suggestions will now appear as users type in the integrated search box when using the Google, Yahoo! or Answers.com search engines. A new search engine manager makes it easier to add, remove and re-order search engines, and users will be alerted when Firefox encounters a website that offers new search engines that the user may wish to install.
* Improved tabbed browsing: By default, Firefox will open links in new tabs instead of new windows, and each tab will now have a close tab button.
